For decisions that have to survive change

# Know what changed. Understand why the decision was made.

A decision can be right when you make it and need review later. Keep its evidence and assumptions connected, inspect what changed and preserve the earlier reasoning when you approve a replacement.

[Add monitoring with Premium](/signup?target=decision-intelligence&plan=premium&interval=month) [Try the example](#context-example)

Premium $14.99/month · Change snapshots and scheduled monitoring. Local decision review remains available on Free.

Today

The team remembers the decision but loses the condition that made it sensible.

With a reviewed record

The record keeps supporting evidence, review context and possible tensions visible.

When you return

A changed source prompts a review; a person decides whether to keep or replace the decision.

## Try the question. Keep the useful context.

Fictional project, prepared answers. This simulation makes no AI requests and changes no workspace files. A reviewed sample stays in this browser tab so you can revisit it.

1. 1\. Ask a question
2. 2\. Inspect the source
3. 3\. Review what to keep
4. 4\. Start the next session

The question

### Does our original launch constraint still hold?

Prepared answer: The reasons for the original limit have changed. The launch decision remains in force until a person reviews and replaces it.

Review

Nothing retained until you approve the sample

What persists

A decision, its source and the questions still open.

## Inspect the contract behind the workflow.

The public MCP reference describes authorized mappings, decision evidence and write previews. Documentation explains the contract; the prepared example above is not a connected test or a measured result.

## A new constraint. A decision worth revisiting.

Fictional project, prepared sources and review. These controls reveal the example; they make no AI requests, save no notes and grant no permissions.

### Original decision

Atlas/Decisions/014-import-queue.md
Revision: synthetic-v1 · Recorded: 2026-09-01

Keep imports asynchronous so a browser closing does not interrupt the job. Retain the original upload for seven days. Reuse a stable job key when retrying. The seven-day retention period is an assumption to review if storage policy changes.

### What the next session needs

- The original reason for the queue.
- The new limit on retention.
- The unresolved recovery question.
- The fact that a proposal is not approval.

A real client must retrieve these records from an authorized mapping and inspect the current revisions.

Inspect the context-selection case

Question: Can I replace the queue with a longer browser timeout?

Expected observation: A retention change does not remove the need to survive a browser closing. Cite both sources, preserve the queue requirement and flag the unresolved recovery question.

Excluded: an unrelated project launch note. These expected observations are authored examples. No retrieval algorithm, authorization boundary or model was executed to produce them.

Start with one useful record

## Make it work with your own project.

1. 01

    ### Confirm a decision with its evidence

Review a candidate in Strata. Retain its source, rationale and review date so another person can inspect the basis.

2. 02

    ### Inspect changes and possible tensions

Use supported change snapshots and monitoring to bring changed context into review. Signals depend on the sources available in the workspace.

3. 03

    ### Keep or supersede deliberately

Review the evidence and record the outcome. Supersession links the replacement to the original instead of erasing why the earlier decision was made.

The return visit

## Keep the current decision and the history that explains it.

When someone asks why the plan changed, follow the record from the original evidence through the review to the approved replacement.

### What to expect

A changed source or a possible tension is a reason to investigate. It does not establish that a decision is wrong or authorize an automatic replacement. Monitoring depends on configuration and source availability.

## Before you begin

What does Premium add?

Local decision confirmation, review and supersession remain available on Free. Premium adds change snapshots and scheduled monitoring, plus its hosted-intelligence and MCP allowances.

Will AI replace an outdated decision for me?

No. Review the source change and the proposed consequence. A person confirms the replacement, and the original decision remains linked in the history.

Put your own knowledge to work

## Choose how you want to use the record.

### Use it through MCP

Connect the AI tools you already use to your authorized Phasoric knowledge. Hosted MCP starts with Premium.

$14.99/month includes 2,000 MCP operations and 25,000 hosted-intelligence credits each month. Higher plans increase limits and features.

[Connect my AI tools](/signup?target=decision-intelligence&plan=premium&interval=month)

### Use hosted intelligence

No MCP setup required. Ask Phasoric directly using hosted intelligence with bounded relevant source context.

Eligible Free hosted accounts can buy 50,000 credits for $5.99. Usage is metered; a credit pack does not enable MCP.
